Easy Returns & Exchange

 

We allow our customers to return ANY item purchased from us within 14 days as long as the item has not be taken out of the box.  This is due to the fact that these products are professionally packaged.  Shop with confidence and feel comfortable in knowing that if you aren't pleased with your purchase for any reason you can return it for a full refund of the product price so long as you follow the guidelines listed below.

1. Customer Must Obtain an RGA number from Yukon Trail Inc. before returning any item. We can not accept any item for return without an RGA number from Yukon Trail Inc. We ask that you let us know why you are returning the item(s). If there is a mistake on our part we'll do whatever it takes to make everything right.

 2. The customer must return the item in original packaging and in original, unused condition.
We cannot accept any returned item that is not in its original packaging, or any item that has been installed. These are the policy's set forth by the product manufacturer, therefore we cannot accept any returned goods that don't abide by this policy.

3. The Customer must provide shipping insurance for the full amount of the product value (cost). To ensure the integrity of the item you are returning to us we do ask that you pay to provide shipping insurance to cover the full price of the item(s) being returned. More information on this topic can be requested from our returns department.

4.  Customer must pay the shipping charge to get the item(s) back to Yukon Trail Inc. We ask t hat the customer pay the shipping fees to return the item. We can not pay to have the item shipped back to us.



Note: If item is returned without RGA #, Credit CAN NOT & WILL NEVER be issued. Customer MUST fill out the RGA # Request Form before and receive approval before shipping the return.

ALL returns requests MUST abide by the steps listed above. No credit will be given to any return that does not meet the above criteria.

If All criteria is met, we will credit your credit card the amount of the original purchase, minus the shipping fee(if applicable).

 

If you are requesting a replacement for product that is being returned you will be charged for the new product as well as the new freight at the time the request for replacement has been made. If you are requesting an exchange for product that is being returned you will be charged for the new product as well as the new freight at the time the request for replacement has been made.

 

Returns Policy

EXCHANGES

To initiate an exchange, please submit a completed Return Form below. Please contact your dealer or Yukon Trail by email or fax to declare and receive authorization for an exchange. Yukon Trail will exchange any unused and boxed item for one of equal value if requested within 14 days of receipt of the item.

In all cases, the customer will arrange for shipping of the exchange item and pay the incurring freight charges. The customer will be compensated for freight regarding the authorized exchange item is received upon approved form Yukon Trail.

 

RETURNS

To initiate a return, please submit a completed Return Form below. Please contact your dealer or Yukon Trail by email or fax to declare and receive authorization for a returned item. Returned items (without exchanges) are subject to a return fee of 20% of the purchase price of the item.

Returns will be authorized based on the following guidelines:

  •   All returns must have a Return Number form Yukon Trail indicating authorization, written on the packaging. Items returned without a Return Number will be refused at time of delivery.
  • A written notice of the reason for the return must be included.
  • All items must be returned in the original packaging
  • There will be no authorized returns on items that have been installed. There will be no returns or refunds on installed, customized or used items.
  • Item refused upon delivery will be returned at the customer expense.
  • Item returned with missing hardware or component parts will not be credited
  • Handling charges, if assigned, are non refundable
